"I would like to share with you some photos from this past Saturday, Father and Daughter Dinner Dance. It was a honor and privilege not only to be the chaperon, but their personal fashion stylist for this event. I felt like a mom preparing 18 (9 young ladies were from Detroit International Academy) daughters to go to prom on the same day, The nine beautiful young ladies from JRLA not only walked and dazzled the red carpet, but charmed their escorts and other guests with intelligent conversation and manners. Throughout the day, from hair salon to dance I heard nothing but good things. I WAS SO PROUD!!!! The Detroit Chapter of the Dads Club was so impressed with the young ladies of JRLA, that they have committed to sponsored the school next year. I look forward to working with JRLA and Dads Club next year for this grand event. I thank you for the support and encouragement." - Alexis Williams
